How do I get tickets using Onlineticketsworld.com? How does Onlineticketsworld.com work?
  See the movie you want when you want! Onlineticketsworld.com allows you to easily search for movie, theater and show time information and purchase tickets for our partner theaters using our web site or phone service. When your order is complete you are guaranteed a seat for the movie you selected and your tickets will be waiting for you at the theater when you get there. Below is an overview of how the process works.
By City:
a. Select your city name in the 'Search by city drop down box' Drop down box found in the main navigation area at the top left corner on every page.
b. In the next page you will see list of movies running in that city with theatres list, Select a theatre
c. Next, login screen. If you already have account Sign-In to your account, or create a new account.
d. Next, order selection page where you will select show time price, quantity etc.
e. Next, Shopping cart page where you can update, delete, and change quantity your purchase.
f. Next, you will goto Confomation page.
g. Enter your payment information in the Payment page.
By Movie:
a. Select Movie name in the ‘Search by Movie drop down box'. Drop down box found in the main navigation area at the top left corner on every page.
b. Next page you will see movie deatails and a city dropdown box. Selct the city in which you want to watch the movie.
c. Next, login screen. If you already have account Sign-In to your account, or create a new account.
d. Next, order selection page where you will select show time price, quantity etc.
e. Next, Shopping cart page where you can update, delete, and change quantity your purchase.
f. Next, you will goto Confomation page.Confirm all of the details of your order and then click
‘Complete My Purchase’.
g. Enter your payment information in the Payment page.
   
  The method for getting your tickets

All theaters will require you to bring following in order to get your tickets:

The confirmation number for the purchase, Your Print at Home ticket or Conformation number.
Please review your confirmation page to determine which you will need to bring.

   
How can I verify my ticket purchase and review which credit/debit card I used?
  If you would like to verify any order you placed on Onlineticketsworld.com, please log in to Onlineticketsworld.com's ‘My Account’ section to verify your purchases.

To log in to your account, click on ‘Purchase History’ located in the ‘My Onlineticketsworld.com’ dropdown in the main navigation area at the top of every page on Onlineticketsworld.com’s web site. You will be asked to sign in if you are not already signed in to your Onlineticketsworld.com account.

Once you have signed in to your Onlineticketsworld.com account, all successful ticket orders will be displayed. If you have made any Onlineticketsworld.com Bucks purchases, they will be displayed after your listed ticket orders.

If your order does not appear, the transaction was not successful and your credit card was not charged.
   
I purchased tickets for the wrong date, show time or theatre. Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets for another show time?
  If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, please contact the appropriate theatre to inquire about their policy on refunds and/or exchanges. Any allowance is at the discretion of theatre management and can only be conducted at the theatre box office once the tickets purchased through Onlineticketsworld.com are retrieved. We suggest that you make contact with the theatre’s management prior to your show time, as theatre management may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after show time. Onlineticketsworld.com convenience charges will not be refunded.

Onlineticketsworld.com is not able to offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on Onlineticketsworld.com Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the movie you wish to see. At the time of your order Onlineticketsworld.com removes the requested ticket quantity from the theatre’s inventory, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen show time. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents Onlineticketsworld.com and/or our theatre partners from reselling tickets in the event that the purchaser does not attend their chosen show time.
   
How do I know if a show is sold out?
  If a particular show is sold out, you will receive the following message when attempting to make a purchase - We are unable to reserve your seat: there are no more tickets available for this performance. Please try another showtime.
   
I forgot the password to my Onlineticketsworld.com account. How can I find out what it is?
  Click here to enter the email address you used to register with Onlineticketsworld.com. Once you click the CONTINUE button, your password will be immediately emailed to that address. If your favorite theater is not currently selling tickets on Onlineticketsworld.com, let your theatre manager know that it's important to you to have the convenience of ordering tickets online through Onlineticketsworld.com

   
How can I review or change my ticket purchase in the order process?
  You can review and change your order throughout the purchase process prior to clicking 'COMPLETE MY PURCHASE' by clicking the "Back" button on your browser and re-entering your purchase details and information.
